Rose Festival 2008 Celebration

While the entire festival spans the whole month, everyone’s favorite activity is the Grand Floral Parade. Now in it’s 101st year, it is the seconds-largest and only other all-floral float parade in the United States, and is televised nationally to millions of viewers.
